Artha Sankalpa (AskPa)

By using the AskPa billing software, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our platform.

Services Provided

AskPa provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for restaurant billing, inventory management, and sales reporting. We reserve the right to update features or modify the interface to improve performance.

User Accounts and Security

Eligibility

You must be a legally registered business entity or a person capable of forming a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your sole responsibility.

Payment and Subscriptions

Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually).

Taxes

All fees are exclusive of GST, which will be charged as per applicable Indian tax laws.

Non-Payment

Failure to pay subscription fees may lead to temporary suspension or permanent termination of access to the software.

Data Ownership and Compliance

Your Data

You retain ownership of all menu data, transaction records, and customer information uploaded to AskPa.

Our License

You grant AskPa a limited license to host and process this data solely to provide the services.

Compliance

You agree to comply with all local laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, regarding your customers' data.

Prohibited Uses

You shall not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of AskPa.
  • Use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Upload malicious software or viruses to the platform.

Limitation of Liability

AskPa is provided "as is." While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for any loss of business, profits, or data resulting from:

  • Server downtime or technical glitches.
  • Incorrect data entry by the Merchant or their staff.
  • Internet connectivity issues at the Merchant's premises.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your AskPa subscription at any time through your dashboard or by emailing our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility

Monthly Plans

No refunds are offered for monthly subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Annual Plans

Pro-rated refund available if cancelled within the first 7 days of purchase, minus a 10% admin fee. No refunds after 7 days.

Setup Fees

One-time implementation or hardware setup fees (if applicable) are strictly non-refundable.

Technical Issues

In the rare event the software is unusable due to a major system-wide failure on our end for more than 48 consecutive hours, we may, at our discretion, provide a credit note or an extension of your subscription period.

📬 How to Request a Refund

Email support@askpa.in with your business name and transaction details. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
